About TALENT ACQUISITION 2.0
The project aims to develop and enhance mechanisms and ways to attract experts in embedded radio systems to the Tampere region.
The project is carried out in collaboration with the City of Tampere, the Tampere Chamber of Commerce, the Tampere Region engineering industries, and their partners.
Participate in the research conducted by Kaira Clan, which investigates the needs, experiences, and requirements of stakeholders in acquiring experts in embedded radio systems for companies in the Tampere region.

Through these key objectives, our aim is to ensure seamless integration of new talents into the local work environment and community. The project’s approach includes an initial survey, interviews between Kaira Clan and participating companies, and ultimately combining the results and observations from the project.
